I've been busy at the Dyeworks over the last couple of weeks. A couple of events and lots of yarn. With the dad visiting it kept me away from the computer. Reporting on all in this episode. Catching up this week with food, projects and a great new herb book. I'll be walking in the MS fundraising walk on April 19th. Any level of support will enter you in a drawing that will take place on the day of the walk. Now I know there was one more thing I was going to link to... You'll have to listen and remind me;) |

This week a dad's visit. And so a changing of the schedule. Bread baking with this great book. Artisian Breads Everyday is a great book for a busy life style. Since it uses a cold fermentaion to develop flavor you can make your dough and leave it in the fridge until you are ready to bake. You can plan ahead so that there is always fresh baked bread in the house. A whole lot about cabbage in this episode too. That doesn't sound like an exciting subject;) But it can be. Everything I've been doing this week in the dyeworks and upcoming classes too. |

This week talk about theater, yarn crawls and Indigo. Here is a link to more information and recipes for sformato--a savory Italian custard. Food talk this week is about softer foods. Be sure to pitch in your ideas for food and recipe talk. We need some more ideas or I'll go off on my own tangents;) Make sure to let me know if you have interest in more information about the August ATKT retreat. |
